All our products are sourced religiously through BAFTS registered importers only so we can be sure we are upholding support for Fair Trade producers and artisans.
We are really exicted to be adding a wonderful range of Fair Trade PERFUMED CANDLES to our t-lites category. The candles are made by EMA in Kolkata, India. They are made from Paraffin melted in an oven and then poured into a mould or die. Each candle is left to dry for about 7 hours then it is painted or hand screen printed. These will be available in Vanilla, Patchouli and Rose scents. (height 10 x 7 x 7cm). They will retail at around £7.50 + carriage and shall be available in the next month.
We are also adding some additional items to our existing fair trade jewellery (current range is sourced from India) to support other producers in Bali. The new range is made from shells from northern Bali, Madura and Lambok Island. Nearly 100 artisans are employed making it, enabling them to earn enough money to send their children to school.
